MOTION TO DISMISS

YELVERTON, Judge.

This Court, ex proprio motu, issued an order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of a final appeal-able judgment.

The litigation in this case deals with partnership law. A portion of the plaintiffs’appellants’ petition sought damages against several of the plaintiffs’ partners. On June 26, 1986, the trial court granted the defendants’-appellees’ motion to strike, which excised those portions of the plaintiff’s petition that sought damages from the defendants.
