OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-Appellants/Cross-Appellees, Frank and Lisa Van Beusecum ("Van Beusecums"), appeal the decision of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas to grant the motion for remittitur and new trial filed by the Defendant-Appellee/Cross-Appellants, Continental Builders, Inc. ("Continental"), after a jury found in favor of the Van Beusecums and awarded damages in this home construction case.
