Before the court is an appeal from an order entered on October 6, 1995 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee. The order, followed by a memorandum on October 12, 1995, granted the debtor’s request pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 327(a) to employ the Glankler Brown law firm. Appellant contests the order below stating that the uncontested disqualification of one partner in the law firm for lack of “disinterestedness” should preclude the debtor from employing the firm.
