Jerry William Jones has pleaded guilty to four counts of murder and eighteen related crimes, and the State has given notice of its intent to seek the death penalty in a sentencing trial. This Court granted Jones’s application for interim review and directed the parties to address whether the trial court erred in denying Jones’s motion to suppress evidence found at his residence, his motion to bar imposition of the death penalty or a life sentence without parole because the indictment does not allege the statutory aggravating circumstances, and his motions concerning the…
