This is an adversary proceeding commenced by a complaint filed by the trustee, Richard Palmer, against the defendant, W. Allen Morford. The complaint was filed pursuant to § 60b of the Bankruptcy Act and seeks to avoid a transfer of property to the defendant by the bankrupt, Canup Mechanical, Inc., which is allegedly a voidable preference under § 60b of the Bankruptcy Act.
