The plaintiff (Bosch) seeks to recover storage charges for a motor vehicle in which the defendant had an interest. A District Court judge denied the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment, and, after trial, judgment was entered for the defendant. Basch filed no request for rulings of law. Basch moved for a new trial and for “Findings of Fact and/or Decision.” The *1003judge denied both motions.
