The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Greer county on a charge of manufacturing intoxicating liquor and his punishment fixed at a fine of $50 and imprisonment for a term of 30 days in the county jail.

This case must be reversed for several reasons. The search warrant under which the evidence was obtained was a blanket Avarrant. It directs the search of the south east quarter of section 15, township 5 north, range 22 west, a quarter section of land.
