The Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirmed the decision of the Primary Examiner-rejecting claims 28 to 35, in-, elusive, of appellant’s application for a patent relating to- laminated flexible transparent material. Appellant has here appealed from the decision of the board.
In this court appellant moved to dismiss his appeal as to claim 30, which motion is hereby granted.
