The plaintiff-appellant, Joseph Kramer, brought this action in the District Court for Logan County, Nebraska, against the defendants-appellees, Doug. Swanson, doing business as Mid-State Building and Supply Co., and Chief Industries, Inc. (hereafter Chief).
