MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

W.A. Taylor & Co. (“Taylor”) has sued Griswold & Bateman Warehouse Co. (“Griswold”), Quality Distribution Systems, Inc. (“Quality”) and three of Quality’s officers,1 asserting claims arising from damage to Taylor’s products stored at Quality’s warehouse in Franklin Park, Illinois.
