Appellee brought tliis action against
appellant to recover'damages sbe alleges sbe sustained as a result of drinking a part of a bottle of Coca-Cola which liad a hair pin in it, commonly called a bobby pin. Trial resulted in a verdict and judgment against appellant for $150. This appeal challenges the sufficiency of -the evidence to sustain the verdict and judgment, among other assignments of error argued.
