HARRIS, Justice.

We affirm in part and reverse in part the action of the trial court in entering disposi-tional orders in this juvenile case. A petition was filed October 24, 1980, which alleged three violations of the Iowa criminal code. There was one count in criminal trespass. § 716.7, The Code 1979. There were two counts of assault. § 708.1, The Code. At a hearing on November 26, 1980, with the approval of his mother and his attorney, the child admitted the allegations in the petition. As a result the court entered the following order:
