The appellant1 appeals here from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) granting the employer’s2 request that the claimant submit to a physical examination by a doctor of the employer’s choice.

The appellant sustained a spinal injury in the course of his employment on September 20, 1975. He thereafter returned to work, but suffered a recurrence of his disability on or about October 5, 1977, after which he again returned to work.
