Plaintiff-respondent Marie Williams brought a worker’s compensation claim against her employer, defendant-appellant Nieman Marcus, alleging that she suffered an employment related accidental injury. An administrative law judge denied her claim for compensation, and she appealed to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the commission).
