WEINBERGER, District Judge.

The complainants herein, Crescent Wharf and Warehouse Company and Pacific Employers Insurance Company seek a -mandatory injunction setting aside a compensation order made by a Deputy Commissioner of the United States Department of Labor on May 17, 1951.

It appears that compensation was awarded for disability after an injury which occurred to William Lasche on September 6, 1950, and further compensation was awarded for disability after a second injury which occurred to the same employee on November 7, 1950.
