THE MATTER under consideration in this Chapter 7 case is a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Specific Debt filed by Commercial Credit Corporation (Plaintiff) against Michael Roy Sawyer and Kathleen Greenlee Sawyer (Debtors), the De fendants involved in the above-captioned adversary proceeding.
