RUSSELL, Judge.

Dwight McCurdy filed a petition seeking to modify a divorce decree. Teresa S. McCurdy, his former wife, filed a counter-petition seeking to set aside a mortgage secured by property awarded to her by the divorce decree and also seeking to set aside a lease on the property. Cecile Paulette Williams, owner of the mortgage, then filed a petition for intervention, requesting that the trial court order a judicial foreclosure against Dwight’s interest in the property.
