OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

This appeal arises from an action to enforce a settlement agreement obtained through mediation. Appellant-defendant Paula Jo Wagner (Paula) appeals the judgment entered in favor of the appellees-plaintiffs, Roy E. Spurlock, Jr., (Roy) and Susan Erwin-Toma (collectively, the ap-pellees) in an amount of $139,791.98 plus post-judgment interest. The parties in this appeal are all children of the decedent, Roy E.
