Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action alleging, as limited by his brief on appeal, that defendant’s violation of Labor Law § 240 (1) caused him to fall from a ladder while performing electrical work at a mall. Supreme Court properly granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint.
