The defendant was charged with unlawful possession of cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia on the basis of a search of his residence conducted by the police on Sep*92tember 20, 1991. He filed a pre-trial motion to suppress the evidence obtained by that search on the grounds that the search was unlawful. That motion was denied on July 15, 1992, by a judge of this court without an opinion.
