CAMMACK, Judge.
William Woosley was convicted of maliciously cutting and wounding James Bon-field with intent to kill, and sentenced to prison for 15 years. Reversal of the judgment is urged upon the grounds that (1) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on abandonment of the affray in connection with Woosley’s alleged self-defense; (2) counsel appointed by the court to defend Woosley should have been granted a continuance for a reasonable time to afford him an opportunity to prepare the defense; and (3) the Commonwealth’s Attorney committed prejudicial error in telling the…
