MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KANE, District Judge.

This civil action is brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights of Pamela Clifton, an inmate of the Colorado Department of Corrections Women’s Correctional Facility in Canon City, Colorado, who seeks declaratory relief and damages against defendants, Nurse Ilona Eubanks, Officer Dawn Anaya, and Officer Ira Wilks.
