OPINION AND ORDER AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT
GADOLA, District Judge.
On April 25, 2003, the Honorable Steven W. Rhodes, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, entered a $6,413,230.68 judgment in favor of Appellee John Richards Homes Building Company (“JRH”) and against Appellant Kevin Adell pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303(i). Thereafter, Mr. Adell instituted this appeal. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1). The Court heard oral arguments on the appeal on April 20, 2004.
