A jury found defendant guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2, first degree robbery, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1, aggravated assault, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-lb(l), terroristic threats, in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:12-3, possession of a weapon under circumstances not manifestly appropriate for such lawful uses as it may have, in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:39-5d, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4d.
