In a proceeding, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review so much of a determination of the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Social Services dated July 23, 1993, as, after a hearing, upheld the recoupment by the Nassau County Department of Social Services of a child visitation allowance that was paid to the petitioner while her application for Supplemental Security Income benefits was pending, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Segal, J.), entered March 15,1994, which denied the petition.
