The appellant, Ida Tittlebaum, a young woman twenty- three years of age, who had bought a ticket entitling her to passage on appellee’s train from Baltimore to Philadelphia, boarded the latter’s train at Baltimore, at 2:10 p. m., on November 19th, 1932. She was accompanied by Thomas J. Hutson. They occupied a seat near the center of the coach on the right-hand side. The appellant was seated next to the window and Hutson next to the aisle.
