The novel question before us is whether administrators pendente lite, appointed by the register of wills during a will contest before him, shall continue to hold and administer decedent’s estate until final disposition of the ap*191peal from the register’s decision sustaining the will, despite the fact that the register at the same time granted letters testamentary to the executors named in the will.
