Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 11, 1967, convicting him after trial by jury, of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The convictions stemmed from an incident involving a nighttime attack by defendant and another, in the course of which the victim was beaten and his wallet was taken.
