Appeal from the Chancery Court of Rankin county. Hon. John Watts, chancellor. David Williams died in Rankin county, in this State, in April, 1854. Joseph M. Jayne was appointed his administrator c. t. a. Reuben Williams, who resided in the State of Texas, was an heir at law and devisee under the will of David Williams, and as such entitled to one-fifteenth part of his estate.

Appeal from the Chancery Court of Rankin county. Hon. John Watts, chancellor. David Williams died in Rankin county, in this State, in April, 1854. Joseph M. Jayne was appointed his administrator c. t. a.
