BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the murder of J. W. Adams and sentenced to fifty years in the penitentiary. The offense is alleged to have been committed on September 23, 1941. The indictment was returned October 10, following, and the case was called for trial on November 4th.

Reversal of the case is sought on the ground that (a) The Court erred in refusing to grant appellant’s motion for continuance; (b) failed to charge on circumstantial evidence; (c) failed to properly limit by his charge the consideration which the jury may give to the evidence of general reputation; and, (d)…
