BACKGROUND FACTS
On September 26, 2001, Eldorado financed Debtor’s purchase of a 1996 Cadillac automobile (hereinafter the “Vehicle”) in return for which Debtor granted to Eldorado a security interest therein. When Debtor became delinquent on payments under the note, Eldorado exercised its right to self-help repossess the Vehicle pursuant to Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 12A, § 1-9-609(a)(l) & (b)(2)(West 2001).
