BAUER, Circuit Judge.
Lee Henry Mattison was convicted on three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, in violation of 21- U.S.C. § 841(a), and was sentenced to 292 months imprisonment. Mattison now appeals his convictions and sentence. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
On January 28, 1997, while Lee Henry Mattison was at Sangamon County Jail to take care of an unrelated traffic warrant, state and federal agents informed him that there was a federal warrant for his arrest for various drug related charges, including distributing cocaine.
