ORDER
KING, District Judge.
After due notice to all parties this cause was heard upon Plaintiff’s Complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, 28 U.S.C. Sections 1651, 2201 and 2202 and upon Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
Plaintiff, a member of The Florida Bar, asserts that he is about to be disbarred pursuant to an Order entered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, which Order was affirmed by the Supreme Court of Florida in The Florida Bar v.
