Matthew Clinton Daniel was convicted by a jury of one count of first degree burglary (OCGA § 16-7-1), four counts of entering an auto (OCGA § 16-8-18), twocounts offinancial transaction card theft (OCGA § 16-9-31 (a)), 1 and two counts of identity theft (OCGA § 16-9-121). Daniel was sentenced to 20 years to serve as a recidivist pursuant to OCGA § 17-10-7 (c).
