Starr Hoyt Nichols, bom in and a resident of Dan-bury and a graduate of Yale University, died in 1909 leaving neither wife, child nor issue of children.

Paragraph eight of the Nichols’ will, in its second portion, undertakes to create a trust. The trust undertaken to be created is a charitable one, since its object is the education of youth.
