This was an action to recover on a life insurance policy. Plaintiff prevailed, and defendant appeals.

The action was tried to the court without a jury on issues joined by pleadings consisting of a petition and answer and on an agreed statement of facts. The stipulation is quite lengthy and contains numerous important exhibits. Both stipulation and exhibits are appended to the opinion and made a part hereof.
