As I construe the facts of the case sub judice, Mr. Muia’s responsibilities, as general manager of plaintiff’s Ramada Inn facility, included the acquisition and termination of personnel, purchasing food, beverages and other supplies and supervising the daily operations of the business. Mr. Muia was also responsible for depositing operating revenues of the business into Ramada Inn’s accounts at the Trust Company Bank of Augusta, N.A. (the bank).
