In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and unjust enrichment, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, *944from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pines, J.), dated February 1, 2011, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action to recover damages for breach of contract.
