THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion to Strike Plaintiffs Reply in Support of Her Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint, filed February 11, 2004 (Doc. 45). The primary issue is whether the Court should strike the reply because it contains references to taped conversations between Plaintiff Lourdes E. Trujillo and Defendant Anthony Griego and between Trujillo and Col. Richardson Crook. The Defendants represent they were not aware of the contents of the tape.
