A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of wrongful distribution of marijuana (3 specifications), dereliction of duty, adultery (2 specifications), and solicitation to distribute controlled substances, in violation of Articles 112a, 92, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 912a, 892, and 934, respectively.
