The county court of White county overruled objections of the plaintiffs in error, John Barton Payne, Director General for the United States, and the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company, to a hard road tax of $273.73 in the town of Gray and $91.94 school tax in school district No. 90, levied on the taxable property of the railway company, and the record was filed in this court as a return to a writ of error.
