The plaintiff, Renewable Resources, Inc. (Renewable Resources or plaintiff), appeals from a Superior Court order vacating a preliminary injunction halting demolition of the Potter Hill Mill (the mill), as well as a subsequent judgment dismissing the remaining counts of the plaintiffs amended complaint against the defendant the Town of Westerly (the town or defendant).
