In an action for rescission of a contract based on fraud in the inducement, the plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leviss, J.), dated May 15, 1991, which, inter alia, granted the respondents’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
