Plaintiff, Home Life Insurance Company, brings this bill in equity against defendant, Edwin H. Fisher, to cancel a policy of insurance issued on the life of Priscilla A. Fisher, deceased wife of defendant. The policy is of the face amount of $25,000 and contains an additional death benefit of similar amount in the event of death by accidental means. The bill alleges that the policy was secured by false and fraudulent representations made in certain answers in the application for the policy.
