Beversing.
Appellees, mother and daughter, were injured when a taxi-cab operated by appellant collided with another automobile at 10th and Chestnut Streets in Louisville. They had come from their home, Hammond, Indiana, and had spent several days in the city. On the morning of June 26, 1944, they hailed appellant’s taxi near the Brown Hotel, and as they say, told the driver to take them to the Pennsylvania Station.
