This suit was commenced in the district court of Iowa in and for Ida county March 22, 1904, to set aside and cancel a certain bond signed by complainants as sureties for E. H. McCutcheon & Co., bankers, as principals, in the penal sum of $200,000, to secure the payment by said McCutcheon & Co. to the Modem Woodmen of America, a corporation organized under the laws of Illinois, as a fraternal beneficiary society, and A.
