In this factually-intensive case, Plaintiff Servco Pacific Inc. (“Servco”) moves for partial summary judgment against Defendants Walter Dods, David Haig, Fred We-yand and Paul Mullin Ganley, in their capacities as Trustees of the Damon Estate (collectively “Damon” or “Damon Estate”). The Damon Estate filed a corresponding counter motion for partial summary judgment against Servco. Defendant City Mill has filed a “limited joinder” in Servco’s motion.
