We consider this appeal presents two issues: (1) Sufficiency of the evidence, and (2) error in instructions to the jury.
Sufficiency of the evidence.
The resolution of this issue requires a review of the evidence. Plaintiff was a salesman of printing supplies and in the early part of 1968, during one of his regular calls on defendant, he discussed with its president, Eugene Polka, the possibility of being paid a commission for bringing printing business to the defendant.
