Appellant, Philip Jerome Aleong, D.V.M., appeals the State of Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine’s amended final order imposing heightened sanctions. This court has jurisdiction. Fla. R.App. P. 9.030(b)(l)(C)(2008); § 120.68, Fla. Stat. (2003).

On November 1, 2005, Appellee, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), filed an administrative complaint against equine veterinarian Dr. Philip Jerome Aleong.
