DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of murder and allotted twenty years confinement in the penitentiary.
The evidence discloses that she and her husband, the deceased, were hunting. They were riding in a buggy, she doing the driving. Her husband was very fond of hunting, and they were out on this occasion, as they had been on many previous occasions, killing rabbits with which to feed their turkeys, of which they had about two hundred.
